Pictures In the end, when we look back on the Drama Healing Workshop on that day, January 19th, there were smiles of happiness and contentment on everyone's faces. Not only did we learn about theater, but more importantly, we learned how to face our hearts and find an outlet to release the pressure of school.

The in-school psychotherapy activity on the theme of "Internal Consumption" was very interesting, and the atmosphere was cheerful and comfortable throughout the whole process. As a participant, I felt that everyone was less inhibited and more active in each session. The warm-up game at the beginning was a great way to mobilize the atmosphere and everyone's mood. What I really liked was that when everyone went on stage to perform, everyone gave the performers a big round of applause, so that the performers would not feel so embarrassed or unhappy. The scripting was also very good. At the beginning, when we were assigned the roles, the easy-to-understand notes on the character introductions, the personalized names, and the distinctive character traits of each character made it possible for people with little or no acting experience to get into the role and act it out in colorful ways. Afterwards, everyone has the opportunity to share their opinions and problems they encountered in their daily life during the free discussion and then discuss the solutions together. This process can play a very good role in healing, so that the participants found that other people also have the same problems as their own. The atmosphere of the whole discussion was relaxed, pleasant and comfortable. Some people preferred to listen while others preferred to talk, but everyone enjoyed the process. After attending this event, I feel like I learned a lot of new things and realized the variety of lifestyles and ideas that other people have. I will continue to participate in this event if it happens again, and I hope that other people will support this event as well. (I'm going to drag all my friends to this event *bushi*)
Review②
It's quite humorous and lighthearted, and more relaxed than I would have liked, but I think the script and characters could have gone a little deeper into the subject matter. The script and characterization feel a bit one-sided, and the characters are designed like the stereotypical groups and personalities that face anxiety, giving the illusion that the institutional education bureau is giving textbook examples, lacking a sense of reality, so it's hard to relate to oneself, but rather it seems to be analyzing and solving the problems for the "given characters" rather than finding solutions for oneself to alleviate anxiety. Instead, it is like analyzing and solving problems for the "given characters" rather than finding solutions for oneself to alleviate anxiety. But overall it was fun and a novel experience!

It felt like that script could have been better next time the character persona felt a bit incomplete. That character matching feels better to let people talk about the meaning of the two cards they took before choosing a character, and the draw doesn't allow all of them to be subbed in But overall it's still great!
- Organizer's Tips
This was my first time leading a drama healing workshop at my school, and I actually faced a lot of challenges. For example, the first two workshops which were 3-3.5 hours long needed to be reduced to 1 hour.
These challenges taught me the art of adaptation and the importance of continuous improvement. Each workshop became a learning experience, not only for the participants but also for me and my team. We learned to actively listen, accept feedback, and view each challenge as an opportunity for growth.
Taking on this role not only enhanced my leadership and organizational skills, but also gave me a deeper understanding and empathy for the diverse needs of the audience.
